How quick can someone mess up their tolerance

I started out by getting 20 dollars worth which is less than a gram. Idk how much it is where y’all live but for me I get an 8th for 100-150. Im finding myself killing the whole bag in a night but I don’t feel like the effects aren’t working cause it wires me up good but I can just keep going and going till there’s none left. I guess I just want to know how much is too much when it comes to this shit. By when should I be worried I’m doing too much
