Scarpa Instinct VS Owners!

Does the toe area stretch out at all? I have a hard time finding shoes that fit my narrow foot and found that sizing down in the scarpa instinct vs fits my heel/arch/everything so well besides my long toes. They are super bent and in pain.

Does that area stretch out at all?
