I wish Ragnaros always submerged

For most people in anniversary right now Ragnaros does not submerge due to it being on a timer, and most raids DPS easily beat that timer.

He is the iconic boss of WoW classic and the final boss of Molten Core, and it would be more true to the classic experience if we always got to experience submerge.

I wish it triggered on 50% or something health, it doesn't even have to trigger twice, just one would be enough. I believe most raids could still handle the boss, with it just being more epic and exciting.
