Potholes

Helloo!

I’m concerned about the condition of this road. There is a deep pothole on the left side (approximately 2 feet deep, with an orange cone inside), along with visible cracks and a weakened stretch nearby. Today, I also noticed a large pothole in the middle of the road.

My main concern is whether this issue is caused by underground erosion or just a subgrade failure?

Should I just report it to the local authority and call for an inspection?
