How to convey current poor management in future interviews?
My current department is a shitshow with close to no actual management or mentorship happening in the slightest bit.
I have 4.5 YOE and what I produce is what my boss stamps with little to no QA/QC. I want to be honest in my upcoming interviews, but it seems to me like badmouthing my current company isn’t the correct play.
How can I professionally communicate to future interviewers that I need direct mentorship to help me level up and fill in my numerous gaps in knowledge?
