Is this "Lenovo IP Slim 3 Chrome 14IAN8" chromebook eligible as a Chromebook Plus?

This chromebook is priced competively in my country:

However, to be somewhat future proof, I would like it to qualify as a Chromebook Plus. I looked at the Google Support article about this, but this model is not listed exactly. However, it does seem to meet the required specifications.

My question: Does this model count as Chromebook Plus device? If you have one, do you indeed receive Chromebook Plus functionality?
