CCB froze my bank card with 2800元 in it.

I was in China as a student until last July. I still use Alipay and CCB app. But my phone number is not working now since im not in China. I gave my CCB Card to my friend in China when I come back. He is a trust worthy friend. So whenever i needed money on Alipay I ask him to deposit to my Bank card. We have been depositing 6000元 in two instances. My Visa is also expired now. Suddenly they froze my account. I get an error in Alipay now saying that bank is declining the transaction. Im going to call the bank tomorrow. But letting my friend use the card is illegal right? So how should i talk to them and get back the 2800元。？ i just need them to activate it temporarily and then i can recharge money to my Alipay and then I can take it out in my country. Please give me some advices. Thanks
