Chime won’t let me deposit money?

Hello! I tried to transfer money from my bank account with another bank to my Chime account, but Chime keeps sending it back. I tried twice now, but keep getting this same email. The names on both accounts are my name, so not sure where there would be a “mismatch.”

Anyone else had something similar?
