Fried liver attack is making me hate chess

I'm having a terrible week. I've lost five in a row and three of them were fried liver attacks. I can't find a way to beat this stupid thing. I try to follow the advice of how to "DESTROY" and "CRUSH" this attack, but I always come out of the opening down a pawn and/or in a bad position. I'm a 600 player, so I shouldn't have to memorize lines to win against players who supposedly give away pieces like presents, but apparently, I have to learn this line. Someone help me before I quit this fucking game
