rescued kittens, how old are they?

rescued two kittens from relatives who were about to throw them away :(( according to them po a stray cat gave birth in their home some time ago. nakakaawa sila so imbes na itapon nila i decided to take them, unfortunately i could not take the mama cat kasi mailap siya.

Ilan weeks na po kaya sila? so I can properly care for them. Plus any advice po?
