Anyone know what might be going on with her claw?

Went to trim Radish’s claws today-when I got to this one she started getting defensive and squirmy. She’s otherwise been acting normal, eating and using the litter box normal and playing; not sure if this is worth a trip to the vet or if she’ll sort this out herself and be ok?
