Instinct Limited Ingredient or Hound & Gatos?

I would appreciate any feedback you guys can give. I have three cats, two of them can eat anything and one has a sensitive tummy. I was feeding them Nature’s Logic, which I love, but Walter (my sensitive guy) started having issues. He’s been to the vet several times and they can’t find anything wrong. So my next option is to change his diet.

I’m looking at either Instinct Limited Ingredient Turkey Pate or Hound & Gatos Turkey and Liver Formula Grain-Free.

I know the best food is going to be the one he’ll eat, so I’ll have to try both as far as that goes. Assuming he likes both, which would be better nutritionally? The labels have stuff I like and stuff I don’t like. Which is best is your opinion?

Walter likes to snack on kibble throughout the day so I’m going to switch that and try Dr. Elsey’s Clean Protien kibble. Any other suggestions here would be great too.
