Where to get 3DS games?

I've had my 3DS for years, but I never really got into the catalogue. Now that its e-shop is closed and nobody really stocks DS games, I'm struggling to figure out where to get these carts. Anyone have advice on where to go, either online or in meat space, to get some games without forking over an arm and a leg?
