No Mods? And We can't make a new mod

So I am a new user here. I am a new fan of CaseOh(oh my god he is so funny). I reach this server and the mods are not here. I see that ppl have problems. So after going to r/redditrequest, i got to know, that we have to get this community banned, because they do not handover subreddits with over 2.5k members.

So what now?
