Can your transmission slip if you're parked?

Hello car people!

Thank you in advance for any advice, as I am not a car person and I am at a loss of what's wrong with my car.

My 2017 Honda Civic hatchback has been acting a little funny when I accelerate where it feels like it's slipping or jumping(?) before quickly returning back to normal. However, if I'm idling in the car it will thump or slip like it does when I accelerate at low speeds. I'm trying to rule out things like pumps or belts before I get the transmission looked at again.

However I didn't know if transmissions could even make noise if you're idling?

I've had this car since it had 17 miles on it and we are at 110k now. I have had oil changes every 5,000 miles, regular filter replacements, recent spark plug replacement and fuel line cleaning. I did, however, have some fatherless behavior and didn't change the transmission oil until 100k miles. I didn't know it was different from motor oil, or I would have done it sooner (don't at me I'm literally just a girl ✨)

I would not say that I'm an aggressive driver and I want to get another 100k miles from it at least.

All advice is appreciated.

Thank you again!
