Anyone coming here from keto?
My diet over the years has gone from vegetarian SAD to normal SAD to dirty keto to clean keto. I'm now trying to get into the carnivore diet.
Dirty keto was good, felt better and had more energy but I got addicted to processed keto snacks and binge ate. I have pretty bad food noise. I cut out all processed food and tried clean keto but I'd still feel unsatiated and overeat.
It's been 2 or 3 days on a carnivore diet and I'm finding I'm not having that food noise. I don't even need to bust out the emergency pickles. I had 700 g of chicken thighs yesterday with tzakzki, today I ate 700 g of ground beef with some eggs and bacon. I feel much more satiated and I'm still in my macros. Certainly easier to deal with too.
