Doctor visit
So, I was on a carnivore diet, but I failed twice by caving in. I got back on it and was doing well, but then I lost my job and went back to a crappy diet. I'm going to start again next month. So, I went to my doctor's today for a follow-up, and another doctor came in first, saying my blood pressure is high and needs to come down, and my sugar levels are high. I said I'm going back on the carnivore diet next month, and she said she doesn't recommend it, that it's not sustainable, and that protein is bad for the kidneys, and red meat, and that I need fiber to poop regularly. Then, my doctor came in and said I need to make changes, really recommended bariatric surgery and Ozempic, but if I want to do carnivore, go for it, he's all for it. But weight loss surgery will be life-changing, and people are happy after it, and with Ozempic, because they lose so much weight. Told me to try a dash diet and the fda wouldn’t approve stuff if it was bad for you
