How can I have a constructive convo about salary without being negative?
What is a constructive way to say: “I don’t want to have management responsibilities over people who earn significantly more than I do?” in a discussion with my superiors? I don’t want to be petty and go the “that’s above my pay grade” route but I have a hard time being expected to guide people who earn more than I do. (Sales commission vs salary). Advice?
