Auto flower is barely growing

I planted this orange sherbet auto by fastbuds about a month ago, and I’ve tried adding more nutrients to see if that fixed the problem but it didn’t help, can I still fix it or is this grow a fail? Should I try adding a little more nutrients? I’m using ocean forest soil and my light is about 18” from the top of the plant. The plant is only about 3.5” tall and the leaves are only about 1.5” long.
