Am I counting right ?

When counting calories, say you make a meal with five ingredients… like just now I had two scrambled eggs with two bell peppers and two slices of ham, do I add all of the calories together Or do I add it one by one? I’m using a calorie tracker on my phone.

Would I put it in my phone as- Egg scrambler- ____ calories Or

Eggs- _ cal Peppers- _ cal Ham- _ cal
