Delta F2F is not “culty” as some have said

The F2F was extremely laid back. They were all very welcoming. The other candidates do make it a little stressful because some are being so fake.

I didn’t get a CJO but it was a good experience. Not sure Delta is right for me right now in my life but I’m glad I went.

I’ve seen many say that the clapping is “culty” it’s really not. It’s a big deal you have made it that far.

Also… don’t know what they are looking for. There were AMAZING candidates there, way over qualified and to my knowledge we were let out in 3 groups and all three went directly to the airport. They didn’t pull any whole group aside secretly, we all met at the airport.

I think DL has the ability to be very picky right now.
