Been trying to up my burger game recently
Got a new cast iron griddle so I thought I’d practice making burgers.
Contents:
- 2x beef patties (80/20 ground beef)
- Gouda cheese slice
- American cheese slice
- Sauce was made by mixing around 70% mayo and 30% ketchup
- Onions pressed into the patties
- Raw onion and pickles for toppings
- Lettuce
- seeded Brioche
