Am I the only one who hates brioche buns?
Using brioche buns for burgers has been a trend with “gourmet” burger joints for a few years now, and I absolutely hate it. Completely ruins the burger for me, no matter how good the other components are. I know I can’t be the only one, because I don’t think I’ve ever seen a goddamn brioche bun on a burger at a popular chain restaurant.
