First time builder, looking for suggestions and what video card to use.

Hello, I am making my first PC and I'm just looking for some feedback on my build and maybe what video card to use for it.

I'm planning on using the PC for mostly gaming. I like playing Metro Exodus, GTA V and other open world games, so what video card would you suggest for my build that's optimized for these games? My price range is about 1500 dollars. Thanks!
