Looking for upgrade

Hello all, I'm currently looking to upgrade some components in my Computer, My current specs are Intel 10700F, and a 3060TI 8GB, I'm looking to upgrade CPU first since its the oldest component in my computer currently, I'm looking at switching from intel to a AMD 7800X3D, My PC was a Prebuilt so it wasn't exactly strong, I currently have a 750W Power supply and around a 600-700 Budget, Any help is Wonderful as i'm not exactly sure which route i should go for AMD.
