help: memory managment error

So I build a pc i think like 2 years ago. everything worked fine until i startet to ger memory managment bluescreens and sudden moments of no power. When i boot up my pc sometimes its not booting it has blackscreen and the led on my msi mainboard is orange. This means that something is not right with my ram i know. one problem is, that this windows memory testing thing sais my ram works fine. Another thing making me really conerned right now is, that i have the i5 11400f paired with 16 gb 3600mhz ram. When turning on xmp everything works but i start getting those errors. But now even without xmp those errors are happening. So do you think i need a new ram a new cpu what can i do. its so dumb when i have like 10 tabs open my computer turns off sometimes with memory managment bluescreen and sometimes just without. please help me!
