My high refresh rate monitor doesn't feel smooth

Hey, everybody! I have a problem - 60 FPS on my 165 HZ monitor feels not smooth at all, when I bought the monitor I remember exactly that I was happy and it was smooth, but now I feel it much more, what used to be smooth for me at 60 I now feel only at 100+ FPS. I was at my buddy's house recently and he was running Elden Ring and Silent Hill 2 locked at 60 FPS and they looked super smooth to him, just like my 100. I can't figure out what the problem could be? (I also lowered my monitor frequency to 120 to make it a multiple of 60, but that didn't help).

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
GPU: RX 6700 XT Red Devil
