Reusing old MSI b350 Tomahawk motherboard and cpu led comes on
I just replaced my b350 tomahawk motherboard with a b650 for my new cpu and decided after 2 weeks to reuse the old motherboard in a new build to lend to my friend and once I put everything together the fans come on at full blast and the cpu led light turns on.
I tried puting the old cpu back in and checked if there was any damage to the cpu pins/socket. Took the ram out and put it back in and put in the old psu but so far nothing has worked.
I noticed after checking the back of the motherboard I found something that might have been damaged but I have no clue what it is or if it would effect it at all. Here is a picture of the back and the cpu led. The damage is in the top left corner next to cpu power plug.

I have a soldering kit but have no clue what component that is.
