Help Led DRAM light up ASUS TUF B650M

Hello everyone, I'm a little desperate. I recently changed the components of my computer and it does not work. The DRAM led lights up each time. Even with the minimum of components connected. I can't even access the BIOS.
I tried to put the ram in different location but nothing changed. I also updated the BIOS using BIOS FlashBack but the problem persists.
Do you have any idea of other solutions that I can try?
