Is it Justified to Buy a New Motherboard?

I'm trying to decide if its justified to buy a new motherboard rather than sticking with my current one for another 2-3 years. My current part list is below but I'm wondering if my motherboard is affecting the performance of my CPU since it is an older mid-range motherboard and would it be justified to get a new motherboard. If I should replace it should I get a ASUS AM4 TUF GAMING X570-Plus? Thanks for the help!
