Ryzen 7 5800x cpu fan runs loud

Hey as stated in the post ever since replacing my Ryzen 7 3700x with a 5800x my cpu fans at idle have been really loud. I’ve checked my bios and the cpu is running at normal temps at idle and under load. My question is that is my Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO good enough for this cpu or do I have to get a better cooler?
