Freelancers with young kids

I’m desperate for tips and hacks. For context I have 3 young kids under 6yo (youngest one is only 6mos old). A few years back kaya ko pa mag on board ng multiple clients but this time around doubtful na ako how to that without sacrificing the quality of my work. Any tips and tricks on how you make it work please—highly appreciated.
