Torn between Two Job Offers - Any Advice?

I got two job offers this week. JO1 is a remote role with 20 leaves, but no benefits. The salary for the role is 55k per month.

JO2 is a hybrid role, requiring 1-2 days onsite per week. They offered me 30k with a total of 33 leaves, HMO for 2 dependents, a retirement plan, and certification opportunities.

I’m still early in my career and want to build my network and experience. Right now, I’m leaning towards choosing JO2 because of stability. However, the compensation I would receive from JO1 makes me rethink my decision.

Both jobs are in tech companies, but in different fields.
