tiny little sand-looking things??

i found what at first looked like sand all over this linen spray, there are heaps of them and they are very tiny if i look very closely it appears that some of them are moving which is why i figured its not sand 😅 (i haven’t brought this to the beach either lol so??) but yea what are they and why are they there !!
