No Help Possible - Just a sad rant

Had my BTD6 Linked to my Google Play Games account, or so I thought, factory reset my phone and now when I have restored BTD 6 it's a level 2 account rather than a level 120 account which had some GP transactions against it probably only like £10.00 worth but still. Been playing it every day since launch with about 5 maps done up to CHIMPS, the rest mostly up to unpopable.

Anyone else had something similar?

UPDATE: Support have advised it's a known issue at the moment so there might be a positive outcome after all!! Thought this had occurred due to my own stupidity.

UPDATE 2: They retrieved my data and assigned it to my facebook account so I've now got my profile back!! Over the moon.
