Lupron injection late

Anyone have a really late injection (around 3weeks) and started cramping, headaches, feeling bad? I’m still waiting on my new insurance to approve my 12 week shot. Tuesday will be 15weeks since my last shot. I’m waking up with headaches these last 7days, maybe stress related, I don’t know. I’ve been on Lupron since my diagnosis (June 2022) and 34yrs old at that time. ER/PR positive
