Husband constantly complains about his job but won’t interview for different ones

I’m sooooo sick of it. He’s worked at his current job since 2020. He hates his boss. I feel like both of them are just in a constant pissing match and my husband HATES that he isn’t the one in the power position. He has a huge ego and I swear this is one of the main reasons he hates his job so much.

He constantly says he wants to get a new one and work remotely. He asked me to help him apply to jobs, which I did. I spent HOURS editing his resume for each job I applied for. He has gotten 4 invites for interviews in just 1 week but has only talked to 1 of them. He keeps finding excuses of why he doesn’t want to interview with the others.

So this morning, after another interview invite that he turned down because he “doesn’t think he would like it”, I told him he can be the one to apply for jobs then. I’m done trying to help.

Wtf is this about? I can’t stand it. If he’s soooo unhappy, freaking do something about it!
