QC Buds question.

Hey guys. I got the QC bus’s and love them but the app seems buggy. Do you have to leave the app open to keep voice control on? Every time I close out of it is says voice control is disconnected. Also, it doesn’t wanna stay closed… it keeps opening itself back up and while I appreciate its eagerness to help, it’s annoying. Anyone experiencing this? Any fixes? Anything’s helpful!!
