Best Agricola Buy(s) for experienced player replacing

I lost my (old edition) copy of Agricola a couple years back. I’ve played hundreds of games and frankly am down for hundreds more, so I’m looking to pick up a replacement copy now. However I’m unfamiliar with the revised/family editions and expansion decks.

What’s my best buy to recreate the classic experience, and are there any top recommendations for aficionados?
