Should I worry about anything sinister?
Hi: I am a 23 year old male, who’s very physically active, around 200 pounds at six foot three. I have had private echocardiograms, carotid artery ultrasounds, chest CT scans, all the bloods tests and X rays in the world all of which came back as perfect. I did all of this because of chest pain and due to having a large pulse pressure. My MAP works out perfect with my readings, my cardiologist has said the high pulse pressure is due to my athletic heart and low resting heart rate (35 BPM at night). Here are some of my readings for context; 126/74 117/56 130/60 135/55 110/50 These were taken at a mixture of doctors office and with a calibrated home machine.
Only thing of note is I had a ultrasound of my left leg arteries and they found tiny traces of plaque build up; I used to smoke, used to eat quite badly etc.
Any advice is appreciated
