Build recommendations?

I just redownloaded Bloodborne again and I can’t wait. I beat this game countless times back in the day. Only problem is I always did this with the Katana and Evelyn bloodtinge build or the Wheel and Cannon strength build.

I fooled around with the moonlight sword but never got serious with it as it’s pretty late game if I remember (dlc).

What builds have you guys found as fun or strong? I want this play through to feel fresh
