Rtx 3090 or 4070ti super?

So my rtx3070 is starting to struggle with projects so I'm looking at getting a new GPU - we all know how screwed the market is right now and it seems my two options are 3090 or 4070ti super - these are both around the same price used

I believe they also have similar performance but the 3090 has more vram so I'm a bit stuck since at this point any used 3090 will likely be 4 years old

Any thoughts or experiences?
