Game crashing pc and restarting

Has anyone else been experiencing hard crashes to their pc since the new update? I’ll be playing a game then just crashes and pc restarts itself. Even the game itself not running smoothly and a bit blurry. I’ve updated my drivers and pc but still no solid fix. Any recommendations to fix this issue?
