FFA Victory/Defeat bug

Has anyone else run into the issue where after winning a game of free-for-all it’ll show defeat and log it as a loss? The opposite also happens sometimes, where I will lose, but it would show a victory and log a win in my combat record. Only seems to happen in free-for-all. I vaguely remember this being a problem in a previous game as well?
