Working is ghetto

I hate working and I honestly hate the hustle ‘boss b’ culture.

I’m all for having your own money and being able to take care of yourself as an adult but I just feel like every job is horrible. I didn’t have a chance to start a business during the pandemic because I was too busy trying to survive and now I’m stuck in a cycle of horrible job searching.

My current job for instance, pays okay ($18/hr) is full time with benefits but I absolutely hate it. The majority of customers are very, very rude and I’m also the only black employee in the entire building. I also contracted covid during my Christmas Day shift! (SO annoying as I’m fully vaxxed and went this long without getting sick) I haven’t been to work since then (and of course I’m not getting sick paid leave) but during my time in quarantine I’ve been job searching like crazy and honestly everything sucks. I think I’m just feeling down about the pandemic craziness and not having an awesome career to hold me down.

Now I know why so many young gals chase rich guys instead of working 9-5’s
