Delaying strength training until it becomes a limiting factor
I find that a lot of the techniques that I acquire comes from a problem that I need to solve while live rolling. I've also noticed that heavyweights tend to be less technical than those at lighter weights, possibly because they are able to muscle through a lot more things making them not required to acquire new techniques as much. With this in mind, would it be a good idea to delay strength training until adequate technique is acquired as to not become too reliant on it leading to suffering technique?
