BTW- Looking for splurge/self-care recs!
Hello, classy bitches!
Something that I don’t do is celebrate myself enough. I’m a hard working girlie, but I tend to be frugal. I’ve made a lot of big personal and professional gains in the last year, and I feel like celebrating! We’ll say the price range for each category is up to $200.
I’m looking for bwt recommendations for the following things:
- comfy/lounge clothes: Ya girl has thick thighs, and the yoga pants from old navy ain’t cutting it. I’m looking for and wanting to splurge on cozy/cute loungewear that is good quality (won’t split at the seams/develop holes) and perhaps that I can do light exercise in. Bonus points for cute loungewear sets!
- things in your home that just make you feel good: luxury candles? Kitchen tools or appliances that bring a restaurant feel home? Maybe the best ever pair of slippers, bath mat, Turkish towels, etc.
- Gourmet snacks/food: I’d love to hear where you get your loose tea leaves from, where you purchase fancy/funky snack and grocery items from, all kinds of pickles, etc. World market is pretty much the one store I’ve found in this area.
- my therapist told me that if you can throw money at a problem and it disappears, then that’s one of the easiest solutions you can have. In that vein, I’d love to hear about things that make your life easier: it can be a roomba, or maybe you use a service like Hungryroot that makes meal prep better. I wanna hear your life hacks!
Thank you in advance 🥳
Eta: after all the responses so far, I’ve definitely decided that I’m getting a robo vac to make my life easier, especially since I have 2 kitties at home!
Eta again: it turns out I was doing a lot of these already, which is validating lol. I should use my Nespresso more often!
