Prozac making me extremely angry and irritable

Hi there. 23F. I was diagnosed with bipolar 2 and they put me on 10mg of lexapro which basically didn’t do that much for me other than make me slightly less irritated. I did gene testing to see what would work best for me. Lexapro was in my yellow and Prozac was in my green so they switched me to 20mg of Prozac.

I feel so angry and irritated all the time. My mind fixates on stuff to be angry about that I don’t want to think about. My suicidal thoughts and impulsiveness has been bad. I’ve been on this for 3 weeks. Will it get better and has anyone experienced this?
