Automatic Healthcare Savings service fee

Hello!

I was using automatic healthcare savings when I noticed they charged a service fee for using your HSA? Is that expected/is there a way to avoid the fee?

I didn’t notice any mention of a service fee when I read the documentation on it or in the app until I actually used it.
