I am looking for a video editor - someone who is in Bihar, preferably North Bihar, who understands the local language and culture.

Some knowledge of agriculture - specific to our state, will be very helpful.

It's a paid gig. Monthly retainer, set deliverables. I want commitment on deliverables, not hours.

Am looking for a student or someone who can do this as a side gig.

Videos will be for social, I will give the content. Need the person to work their magic in video.
